Christine's Story
Hi, Im Christine. I’m a real estate appraiser and have appraised residential properties for the last 26 years in the state of Ohio and Michigan. I started this company over 10 years ago with the goal of providing credible home value opinions, discussing the appraisal process to clients, and answering any questions. Additionally, I have the education and competence allowing me to provide an unbiased property assessment. I also have a good sense of humor and a pleasant approach. I grew up in Southern Michigan and currently reside in Fulton County, Ohio (now a country girl with a few dogs, cats, and occasionally a few pigs). When I am not working, you can find me exploring the outdoors or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
